Adriana is so nice and professional. When I had a question she would answer it and she helped me keep my anxiety if home buying under control . This was my first time buying my own home . She gave me her cell number and no mater what time of day or night it was , if I had questions I could messge her or call her and she would answer . She walked me through this process and put things in laymen’s terms for me to better understand what to expect and how to go about doing it . I felt like she was on my side through it all . Adriana was SO nice throughout this entire process. It seemed like she worked 24/7 because I could text or call her at anytime and she would be there. She broke everything down in a way I could understand. She took the time to coach me on how I could be successful at buying my first home. Adriana is definitely meant to do what she is doing. I couldn’t ask for better and I would send anyone who is applying for a purchase straight to her! 10/10!

I wanted to take a minute and email you regarding the closing from last week. I just wanted to let you know that I am in love with the e-signature closings. It saved me time at the closing table and money because of less documents to print. As busy as everyone is lately, e-signature closings are the way to go. We print mounds & mounds of documents for closings daily. Most average around 150 pages. I printed 60ish pages for this closing. When we are back to back in closings daily, a closing package with 60 pages saves us time in the closing room. Between that and the awesome, quick funding on the file, it was a win-win.

Thanks for making a quick & smooth closing! I hope all lenders take the e-signature closing route soon!!!! 😊
